Spicy Roast Chicken Recipe

Indonesia is a country rich in various kinds of cuisine. Among the various kinds of Indonesian cuisine are various kinds of chicken dishes. And one kind of chicken dish from Indonesia is Spicy Roast Chicken. And for those who want to make it, here is the recipe:

Ingredients:

1 chicken, cut into 16 pieces, 2 tablespoons lime juice and 1 teaspoon salt, 3 stalks lemon grass (crushed), 3 pieces of lime leaves, 2 cm ginger (crushed), 2 pieces of pandan leaves, 10 tablespoons soy sauce , 5 tablespoons of cooking oil.

Mash roughly:


350 grams of green chili, green chili 15 pieces, 10 red onions, 5 cloves garlic, 2 teaspoons salt and 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon all-purpose seasonings chicken flavor, 2 teaspoons lemon juice lime.

How to cook:

  1. Wash chicken thoroughly, coat with lemon juice and salt, let stand for 10 minutes wash again and drain.
     
  2. Bake the chicken in the embers of the fire, after being cooked, crushed, set aside.
     
  3. Heat oil and saute the seasoning mashed with lemon grass, lime leaves, ginger and pandan leaves until fragrant. Enter a sweet soy sauce taste and stir well. Cook until the spices to infuse.
     
  4. Once cooked, put lime water, stir, remove from heat.
     
  5. Serve warm with white rice.
